THE 2007 HCRA MINI-GATHERINGS

  The Mini-Gatherings are small competitions that the HCRA runs annually.  This year the competitions will be held on February 3rd, March 3rd, and April 21st for amateur pipers in the Maritimes.  The competition is held in the North Magazine at the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site of Canada. The entry fee per contest is nominal (just $5). Certificates will be handed out to the winners of the individual contests on the day while other prizes (usually books, practice chanters, etc.) will be awarded to the aggregate winners in each grade over the three contests at the final competition in April.
